No, if you have a current PokerGFX "Updates & Support" or "PRO" license that was purchased or renewed on or before June 30, 2025, you may continue using your current license, free of the new license tier requirements, until it expires. At that time, in order to renew, you will be required to purchase the appropriate software license.
**If you have a Basic or non-“PRO” license that was purchased prior to December 6, 2024, you are permitted to continue to use your current version of PokerGFX in standard, non-PRO mode without having to upgrade or pay for a license renewal, even after your license expires.

Any company or entity generating gross annual revenue of $100,000 USD or more that purchases a new license or upgrades an existing license is required to purchase and maintain a PokerGFX Enterprise License.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension or termination of the software license, access to services, and/or associated support. It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that their license tier accurately reflects their current gross revenue.
We reserve the right to verify compliance and take enforcement action if this policy is violated.

All communication is protected with strong encryption. Features such as preview window lockout passwords, settings lockout passwords, and the Secure Delay function, which hides live hole cards, ensure game integrity and security. PokerGFX also can run completely offline, to further enhance game security.
For Basic license holders, PokerGFX supports Hold'em and Omaha variants only. For Pro and Enterprise users, all game variants are available, which include Short Deck, Pineapple, Draw games, Razz, and Stud.
Our software requires the use of cards that use 7 byte Mifare Ultralight tags. This is standard for the industry, but some very cheap brands use 4 byte cards, which will cause issues. All decks purchased directly from PokerGFX are guaranteed to work with our hardware and software.
For Pro and Enterprise license holders, PokerGFX offers extensive customization options, including multiple transitions, configurable speeds, custom animations, various player and board layouts, and customizable skins. You can also download raw image files from the APEX skin to guide your customizations.
Currently, the interface is English-only. However, custom graphical elements for Enterprise users (e.g., player names, logos, chip amounts) can be displayed in any language.

No — the system requires specially embedded RFID cards to work with the antennas and reader. Standard playing cards will not be detected.

Yes! For Pro and Enterprise users, PokerGFX has built-in logging for hand histories, action tracking, and player data. Logs can be exported for post-production, analysis, or content creation.
RFID cards are reusable and durable under normal playing conditions. However, regular shuffling and bending over time may reduce accuracy or break the RFID chip inside the card — we recommend replacing them every few months in high-volume environments.
Not currently — our system is designed for playing cards only. But if demand grows, we’re open to chip integration for advanced table tracking.
